- To initiate a return you must contact us at within 7 days of receiving the product and book a return. Using the delivery note relevant to the purchase of the product you want to return as a reference, please indicate the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, in their original packaging with all tags still attached. The original delivery note must be included in the parcel as well. If the items(s) has been worn and if there are any scents or marks on the item(s) it will not be returned.
- Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, items that are damaged due to use, will not be considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
- Sales items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- The refund will be only for the value of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
